Academic Orthopaedic - Spine Surgeon

Ranked as the number one hospital in Kentucky for the third consecutive year by U.S. News and World Report, UK HealthCare is the region’s largest level I trauma center and serves the overall medical needs of more than 3 million people. UK also continues to be one of the nation’s fastest growing academic medical centers and ranks above the 75th percentile in patient volume (among AMCs).

With a Top 50 national ranking in the 2018 U.S. News report, the Department provides all areas of orthopaedic sub-specialty care from our 36 faculty members to deliver over 55,000 ambulatory visits and more than 6,000 O.R. cases annually. Continued increase in demand within our spine group has created the opportunity to add an additional full time clinical faculty member to help care for this growing population.
