The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Assistant, Associate, and/or Full Professor positions in the non-tenure clinician-educator track. Responsibilities include clinical services at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and its outpatient facilities, on call responsibilities, resident and medical school teaching. Evidence of scholarship is required for the clinician-educator track. Applicants must have an M.D./ Ph.D or equivalent degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care.

The successful applicant will be a Fellowship trained pediatric orthopaedic surgeon whose specific interests include early onset spine deformity and pediatric musculoskeletal trauma. It is desirable for candidates to have experience in either relevant laboratory or clinical research for application to the CE track. Fellowship training is required. The applicant must be BC/BE.
