Job Details

The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of
Orthopaedic Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the
University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Assistant,
Associate, and/or Full Professor positions in the non-tenure clinician educator track. Responsibilities include providing outpatient and
inpatient consultative services, along with participation in the clinical
education of medical students, residents and fellows. Research
activities may include clinical or orthopaedic basic science research
and will be dependent on the candidate’s interests and independent
support. Evidence of scholarship is required for the Clinician-
Educator track. Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or
equivalent degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in
education and clinical care.

Candidates must be board certified/eligible by the American Board
of Orthopaedic Surgery.
