The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Texas
Southwestern Medical Center, a nationally recognized center of excellence in patient care, education and research, is currently recruiting two orthopaedic surgeons specializing in adult reconstruction/total joint arthroplasty. UT Southwestern is ranked as a high performing orthopaedic hospital and the top ranked orthopaedic hospital in the 4th largest Metroplex in the United States. The positions require fellowship training in adult reconstruction. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery and eligible for a Texas Medical License. Academic rank will be commensurate with credentials and experience. Associate Professor/Professor candidates will hold the endowed Dallas Rehabilitation Institute Distinguished Chair in Orthopaedic Rehabilitation and serve as Division Chief of Adult Reconstruction.

Successful candidates will be committed to patient care, resident, fellow,
and medical student education and scholarly activities that advance clinical medicine. This is a unique opportunity for an orthopaedic surgeon to join a busy academic practice. Located in Dallas, this practice draws from an ideal community.
